This is an important pursuit! You can pick up books on Leadership by John C. Maxwell or any other author you know, watch videos on YouTube around leadership, read articles online- whatever mode of consumption works for you. As you commit to learning and improving day after day, you’ll look back and see that you’re making progress.

The response and engagement of my members.
Hehehe… Engagement is a never-ending point of improvement. I have shared some ideas on engagement and I’ll just link them all up! One thing I’d add is to actually apply what you learn for a period of time and then see what works or not. The ideas I share here should help you discover something or fix something and if all fails, then we need delve into it specifically to know why. March is still an open window for my free 1:1 calls so you can schedule let’s talk.
