This is my last newsletter for the year! It’s the holiday season and we all need a little break 😅

As the holiday season closes in, keep these in mind!

• Expect a temporary decline with members’ participation. This is totally fine as it’s the holiday season and people would be spending time with their families, traveling, etc.

• In light of this, take it slow with the activities you’re throwing in, and keep the notifications down

• But also, maintain a warm and inviting space for members who would still be around and for those who will drop in during the holidays

• Take a moment to express gratitude and appreciate your members for their contributions throughout the year.
